Can our order be adjusted after the 21 day freeze?
Because your beer is made to order and we ship you the freshest beer possible, your order is frozen to changes 21 days before shipping.
I’d like to adjust the quantity on my special release order. Is it too late?
Special releases quantities are established on a pre-order basis and once orders are in we are unable to make adjustments.
When is my order shipping?
Once your order is placed, the ship date is on or near 28 days from the order date. If you have questions please reach out to DistributorOrders@stonebrewing.com or your Sales Representative and they will be able to assist.
Where can I go if I need to order a beer not available on the website?
Contact your sales representative and they can assist you with any questions related to beer you would like to order.
We need a few kegs ASAP. Can you move up our load date?
